Guildess partners with Daystar

Guildess is pleased to announce our partnership with Daystar for the Holiday Greeting Card Project!

Daystar is a long-term transitional home for women who are homeless because of domestic abuse. Unlike other transitional homes, Daystar is unique in that they are the only transitional shelter program in the greater Milwaukee area for formerly battered women without dependents. Also, as a long-term transitional shelter, women are allowed to stay for up to two years.

The ladies of Guildess will be heading to Daystar on December 20th to drop off our Holiday Greeting Cards and a batch of warm cookies. If you would like to volunteer your time and help distribute cards, please email us at: guildess@sbcglobal.net
